Florida Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

Practical Education for Florida Attorneys & Paralegals


Our Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs are designed for Florida attorneys and paralegals who want practical, real-world training that directly applies to today’s legal workplace. Courses focus on professional responsibility, law office operations, technology, workflow efficiency, and ethics—skills that support stronger, more 

efficient legal teams.


Select programs are eligible for Florida CLE credit for attorneys and continuing education hours for paralegals, with attendance verification and course documentation provided.

Credit eligibility, number of hours awarded, and applicable credit categories are determined by The Florida Bar. Attendance verification and course documentation will be provided where applicable to support Florida Bar CLE reporting requirements. 

Florida CLE – FAQs

Are these courses approved for Florida CLE credit?

Select courses are approved or pending approval by The Florida Bar. CLE approval, credit hours, and applicable credit categories are determined by The Florida Bar. Each course listing indicates whether Florida CLE credit is available.


How many Florida CLE hours will I receive?

The number of CLE hours awarded varies by course and is determined by The Florida Bar upon approval. Approved credit hours will be clearly listed on the course registration page.


Are these CLE programs approved for ethics or professionalism credit?

Some courses may qualify for Ethics, Professionalism, or Technology credit, subject to Florida Bar approval. Credit categories, when applicable, will be listed in the course description.


Do I need to report my CLE hours to The Florida Bar?

Yes. Attorneys are responsible for reporting their CLE hours in accordance with Florida Bar requirements. We provide certificates of attendance and supporting documentation to assist with reporting.


What documentation is provided for Florida CLE reporting?

Are live and on-demand courses eligible for Florida CLE credit?

Eligibility depends on Florida Bar approval and course format. Live programs and certain on-demand programs may qualify. Each course listing specifies the delivery format and CLE eligibility.
